Functional Basic Education (FBE)

This Program is parallel with the MBE except that it is designed mainly for adolescents. teens and older students.More emphasis will be placed integrating academic instruction into practical situations through the Transition Education Program (TEP). Integrated in the TEP are selected academic competencies pertinent to academic subjects that are aligned with the child's current grade level.

Modified Basic Education (MBE)

This program is composed of young students with exceptionalities who are receptive to academic instruction but whose learning capacity and pace may be different compared to other children. This program will offer academic subjects mandated by the Department of Education according to the child's grade level. However, emphasis will only be placed on compentecies that are practical and achievable given the child's needs. Moreover, lessons pertinent to transitioning will already be introduced. To make the learning process more efficient, the students will be grouped according to factors such as their skills, diagnosis, needs, demeanour, age, physique and interests.
